Voluntary Work

Doing voluntary work is so meaningful! That is not only the model answer for English Oral, but also it is real actually! It’s because I did voluntary work with my friends yesterday.

We helped the kids to hold their commencement of kindergarten. The kids are so nice and active. I was so hard for looking after them. Also, I needed to help the teachers to make up with kids! It was a big challenge for me! The reason is I never help the others to make up before this challenge, so I felt so afraid and worry that I can not handle it well. Fortunately, all of kids are so well-behaved, and I followed the teacher to lean and make up with kids quickly. So I finished this assignment finally. But… you know... my skill was so bad that the kids were so unlucky. OK, I hoped that they can enjoy everything including their ugly eyebrow (because my job was to draw eyebrow with them only).

And the other thing is…their show is so great! They made a lot of effort to prepare a show that was dancing. They teamed up with other classmates to dance and performed to their parents and teachers. It was a great show! I stayed behind the stage and took a video about their show. They were so cute!

I was so happy that I can join their commencement although I was so tired after their show. I can share their happiness and laugh, I was so delighted. No matter is making up with kids, or watching their show, sharing their happiness, these are so memorable and meaningful for me. The kids’ laugh was so loud and clear, and I miss their laugh now…><
