It was also a hot day. I did voluntary work under the hot sun today. And I hate the weather is too hot!!!
This time I did voluntary work with my school friends who are 心穎, 2彤 and Koey. I helped to move the equipments such as tables and chairs, which are sooooo heavy that made my hands so pain. And I swear that I would not move the equipments again in the future.
We set up all the things then we needed to decide how to put our signboard to show the others. We thought a long time and we had not any ideas that were good. Fortunately, we could put the signboard in front of the stall. It was so lucky!
Then it have been afternoon, we were so hungry and thirsty. So I went to buy soft drink Coca Cola and bread with 2彤. These food and drink let me felt better. After our lunch, we needed to go on our work that was also the most important things in the whole activity.
Our game calls “Perfect Match” which needs you to find out two cards which are matching. When you can find out the whole 12 cards (that’s also matching) in 1 min that means you win our game. But I know that it is so difficult (special for the children under 10), so you can find out two pairs just OK. And then, a lot of kids did very well today.
After 3:00p.m., we closed our stall, and took some pictures with my friends. We were very tired, but we felt delighted that 肥高and 嘉慧visited us during the activity. They were so kind and friendly because today is really hot but they still came there to support us. In addition, they helped us to move the chairs to go to the centre. Oh, I was so touched about that. Thank you so much!
Well…today is so happy (except to bad weather), I like doing voluntary work, but if I can choose, I must choose to do in the indoor environment! Because I really hate the hot sun!!!!!
