Flower Sow

11-20/3 is the time of flower show in Hong Kong. I am pleased to be one of the participants here as I joined the voluntary team of being tour guide this year. Actually, it is a new challenge for me to face. Although I have been used to present projects and homework to a group of people, it is the first time I need to present to a group of strangers.



My first challenge was a group of children who are students of kindergarten, around 20 people. I tried to introduce something they preferred more, such like the designs of animals, music and different kinds flowers as well as colors. In order to the topic flower was primula this year, I always asked them to find it out and points it out for me. In fact, they were so cute. When they saw the cute designs of plants, they pay a high attention on it and they followed the order from their teachers very much. It was a high quality team!



My second experience of being tour guide there happened yesterday (12/3). Although I felt my feet were very painful because of the shoes, I was still very happy that I could be a tour guide. One of the team members said thank to me expressly before he left. I felt very lucky that I could meet them and present with them. They encouraged me a lot, especially the old man who gave me a big support in my life. I sincerely hope that I can enjoy this “special study” on Friday, the another bigger challenge for me.
